The Exchange

The Exchange is a peer-to-peer senior advisory network composed of executive leaders across the financial services and banking ecosystem. The objective of the group to guide members to build and expand their professional network through participation in workshops, bootcamps, executive meetings and events hosted by The Exchange. A number of programs to assist members undergoing a job transition, establish leadership positioning within their organization, build a investment network and strengthen their brand are available.

Launched in 2023, The Exchange identified a number of gaps in the market where executives face daily challenges to build and strengthen their professional network. Spending long hours working in a profession leaves little time to invest in strengthening their own brand and connections. Through a growing list of cohorts, executives are encouraged to participate to gain new skills, source new opportunities and meet new contacts via group and on one-on-one sessions hosted weekly and monthly.

A leadership framework is defined for each member to assist to meet their individual objectives and goals. Events such as in-person meetings, virtual webinars, attending events hosted by partners of The Exchange and their affiliates are encouraged.
